The location is great, just a short distance from Piazza Ferretto. the room is clean, spacious, and comes with a private bathroom. the room has flowers and a comfortable king bed. Everywhere was spotless.

The location was good, specially it was very close to a bus stop which was useful. And it was relatively close to Ristorante al Progresso, ate there couple of times.

I had a really really nice experience here, everything was good, the location was marvellous just next door to the bus stop direct to Venice, Venice Garden Apartments and the garden. The workers were helpful and amiable. Appreciated the clean room with shared bathroom and the way it was setup.

The place was fairly clean. the staff were helpful and affable. - I thoroughly enjoyed my wonderful room. - the location was particularly good, with a bus stop just minutes away. - Oltre il Giardino Bistrot was about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel and offered nice shots.

Enjoyed our rooms with a shared bathroom - totally worked for us. the staff were super nice and really helpful, which made a difference. Also, the spot was in a good location near the city center 😊.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great guidance for our Venice trip. The location was perfect for tourists, just minutes away from the bus stop to Venice and Mestre train station. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room at a convenient time. Additionally, the hotel had parking available, which was a huge plus for us.

During my Xmas stay in the apartments, I was happy with the private parking available and the friendly staff. the location was perfect with a bus stop only a short walk away, which allowed for easy access to the city. What I most appreciated was the fact that the apartment had a small kitchenette which allowed us to make our own meals and save some money during the holiday season.

I was a bit disappointed that breakfast was not included and we had to fend for ourselves every morning. the pictures provided on the website did not match the reality of the apartment which was a letdown.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with luxurious amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the private facilities were exclusive and top-notch, the service was excellent, and the location offered great advantages. the garden area and BBQ facilities were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenic surroundings.

The only minor issue we encountered was the noise from other guests, though it wasn't too bothersome. this hotel is a perfect choice for those looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay, with exceptional facilities and service.

Great value for money, very cheap and suitable for 1 or 2 nights. Helpful and friendly service/owners. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Convenient location with easy access to bus stations for quick transportation to Venice. Nice fan provided in the room. Breakfast included a fresh croissant, fruit juice, and fruit. Good wifi. No noise disturbances after 10pm.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints whatsoever.
